To-day, at one p.m., Mr NewtojiC King will sell by auction on account of Mr Geo Boulton, the whole of the latter's catering plant, consisting of tables, trestles, bjilcrs, urns, cutler? crockery ware, etc. The whole is in' first-class order, and sufficient to provide for 500 people. The sale will take place at Mr Boulton's shop, and the goods will be sold in lots to suit purchasers, immediately after tho prize poultry are sold. There was a largo and energotio / •forking bee in the Recreation Sports Ground on Thursday afternoon, burning rubbish and cleaning up the ground generally, in preparation for ths Garden Party to Lei hold on October 10th, thb Jay of the Governor's ollicial visit to New Plymouth. Boulton's prize stock will be sold by Mr Newton King.
