ACCUSED COMMITTED FOB TUIAL. BAIL KEF USED. Per Press Association. DuMijiix, Obtober 5. The hearing of the charge against James Kegiiiald Hayne, chemist, thai he did on the 12th o£ September kill and slay one Margaret ICendrick wat concluded to-day. The evidence was much the same as at the inquest, and accused was eommiltcu for trial. A request for bail was refused. Mi Graham, S.M., declined to take the re sponsibility for doing so, one reason being that when arrested, accused carriod a loaded revolver.
