London, October 1. Sixteen balloons, representing seven nations, started fjom l'.iris on Sunday to compete lor the Liordon-lJciinet Cup. Several are now over England. Keceived 2nd, !1.?2 p.m. London, October 2. An American balloon, alightini' near Whitley, won the Gordon-Benuet Cup. The others descended earlier in the South, Keceived, 2nd, 11.41 p.m. Pauls, October 2. Nine balloons descended in, France.
