THE ATLANTA HORROR.
THREATENED NEGRO RE PRISALS. COLOURED STUDENTS ARRESTED. Received 26th, 9.48 p.m. New York, September 26. A thousand negroes at Brownsville havo procured arms with the object of retaliating on the Whites. The police are closely watching the Clark University at Brownsvi'le, where there are four hundred negro students, and some of the professors and students have been arrested.
