MEMBERS OK NOBILITY EXPELLED. FOR HOLDING LIBERAL VIEWS. THE DOUMA ELECTIONS FARCE. Received 24th, 9.59 p.m. S:. Petersburg, September 24. The Nodes Kursk expelled from the nobility Prince Dolgarukoff and two others who signed the Viburg manifesto. The Moscow police have forbidden the workmen to e'ert a representative to the Douma, alleging that the Council of Workmen's delegates is a revolutionary organisation.
