She sailed from Algoa Bay on July 14, three days after lie departure of the tramp steamer Hen Vrackie, from Capetown, and both vessels reached their destinati ,n within a few hours of one another. It is only fair, however, to mention that the Ben Vrackie called at Melbourne to replenish her coal bunkers. Bti! after making 24 hours' allowance for this detention, the St. Francis accomplished the voyage in two days less time than her more powerful riva l .
