The Daily Express' St. Petersburg correspondent says the Czar did not return to General Trepoff's funeral Ucause a servant at l'eti rhof (the Royal Palace) confessed that Terrorists had bribed some of the Palace servants to admit a bomb in order to execute the Czar at the funeral. An officer implicated has suicided. CONFLICT AT ODESSA. Received 21st, q.S p.m. St. Petersburg, September 21. A party of Jews at Odessa, retaliating after an attack, wounded two belonging to the Union of Russian people. The rest of the gang dispersed.
