DUE TO TIDaL PHENOMENA. Received 18, 11.35 p.m. London', September IS. The Paeilie Mail Company's Mongolia, from Hong Kong, is ashore on Mi J ray Island in the Pacific. Tlie hull is pierced, the boT resting on the rocks. The passengers were landed, and the cargo is being discharged. The accident was due to tidal phenomena. The value of her cargo far exceeds that of the steamer Manchuria, which lately went ashore near Honolulu. The latter yessel has been refloated.
