•Per Press Association. Gjseymobth, September 18. Great indignation is expressed at the Government's action in stopping the survey work of Point Elizabeth. A meeting of the Borough Council is to be held to-morrow afternoon to consider the matter and confer with tho Harbor Board, so as to make a strong protest. The survey, it completed, would settle tho question if it wa.s, pissiblc to make a' harbor or not at Point Ehzabotl^,
