IRISH PARLIAMENT BUILDING. London, September 12, The Dublin Evening Mail states that in connection with forthcoming Home Rule the Government is obtaining possession of the Bank of Ireland, which was formerly the Irish Parliament House, with a view to converting it into an Assembly House for the Irish Council.
