GERMAN NAVAL MANOEUVRES
A WAULING TO BRITAIN. Received 12th, 10. i p.m. London, September 12. The Daily Mail Hamburg correspondent reports that in connection with the manoeuvres at Cuxhaven, 36 German destroyers were ordered to try to reach the British coast undetected by the British fleet, and it was repotted they succeeded.
