ANARCHIST ACTIVITY.
SUSPECTED PLOT AGAINST THE KAISER. PRECAUTIONS FOR HIS SAFETY. Received 12th, 11.22 p.m. London, September 12. The Daily Express' Berlin correspondent reports that the police arrested at Breslau three anatchists, a 1 Pole and a Czech, who are agents of the International Terrorist Organisation. "It i« suspected that they in-1 tended to throw a bomb at the Kaiier while he was motoring to the manoeuvres. The anarchists resist ed violently, and tried to stab the detectives. . , _ ... A number of Russian and Polish anarchists have been expelled from Breslau ind others arrested. Extraordinary precautionary measul.es have been taken to guard the Kaiser.
