A DAYLIGHT ROBBERY. SUBDIVISION OF ESTATES. St. Petersburg, September 11. A band of armed ruffians, in daylight, and in view u[ a number of persons, robbed the bank at Bgclajuzerkoff of 80,000 roubles. Count Strogcnoff criers to sell the whole ot bis family estates in Perm, comprising 2,500,000 acres, to the Peasants Bank, which is buying largely from the nobles, at an aveiage of 48 roubles per acre, although peasants buying direct can pay 42 ro/übles. Since November the bank has bought five million acres of private estates and helped 03,161 peasants to purchase 800,000 acres by loans amounting to five millions sterling. Shakermann, a Jewish girl, was sentenced to be hanged for throwing a bomb, which did no harm, at a policeman who participated in the Jewish massacres at Odessa.

Troops stopped and searched evert one found in the Jewish quarter of Warsaw, mercilessly shooting and bayonetting all who protested, or offered the slightest resistance. RIOTING AT KAMYSHIN. SCORES KILLED BY THE TROOPS. Received 12th, 11.22 p.m. St. Petersburg, September I2 ; Desperate noting occurred at Kamyshin, Russia, owing to the mob attempting to release a popular leader. The troops volleyed, killing .•cores.
