LAND SCANDALS CASES.

CRICK AND WILLIS COMMITTED. Received nth, 9-5° p.m. Crick and Willis were both committed for trial at the Quarter Sessions on September 7- The bail was extended. Crick, in his closing ad.dress, declared it was a po'itical proeecution. The only evidence to warrant committal was that of Close against himself and Willis. Both should be discharged. His shoulders were broad enough to carry the charge past a jury as he had done before.
