Havelock Wilson, member for Middlesboro', states he is about to be made a bankrupt, owing to the enforcement of a claim for £350 damages, arising oat of an action tried at Glasgow in iqoo. He asserts the claim i» enforced owing to his action over the Shipping Bill.
