Per Press Association. Tiuasu, September 11. The Supreme Court opened to-day, there being only three orimraal owies. In one case, a sneak thief named Kdward Wilson, previously convicted. was found guilty of stealing money and valuables from a hoiel at Pleasant Point, and was sentenced to two years. B. Mullins, for breaking and entering at Hakaia, was given 12 nwnth's jitoi~ bation. J. J. Crenin, charged with the conversion of £2O entrusted to him, was acquitted on the defence that he muddled it away while drunk.
