GOLF.
The semi-finals for the Committee's trophy will be played this week, and the final will take place on a date to be arranged. On Thursday a men's electric match for Messrs Jones & Hill's prize will be played, and on Saturday a men's foursomes and the July putting competition will be played off. For Saturday, 22nd inst., mixed foursomes, 15 holes, for special prizes, will be played, and a putting match will be held afterwards, On Saturday 29th, Mr J. Paton's prize will be giyen for a men's electric round. The October programme and closing day will be arranged during next week.
