The "Sportsman" says the Board would be ill advised if they were to accept an immediate team under private management, threbv possibly jeopardising the practical certainty jf an official combination in KJO7. The "Westminster Gazette" says it is still possible a private team may start. The "PaU Mall Gazette" regrets he decision, though of course was the decision, though it considers it was almost inevitable.
