The Democratic leaders are much distressed with Mr Bryan's speech at Madison Squat* Garden, advocating Fed'ral and State owneiship of railways. It is conside;ed in some quarters that the speech has destroyed his chances. The "Sun" is agitating- for Rtose" ve't's election for another term.
