THE PROPOSED NATIONAL COUNCIL. London, August 2S The Daily Chronicle states that the Irish National Council, which will sit in Dublin, will consist of 151 elected members, including forty-eight elected for larger areas on a £2O franchise. The representation of Ireland at Westminster will remain untouched.
