Disturbances have occurred in several localities in Samara.
Peasants at Vyatka arc burning the State forests, and resisting the Cossacks. Hundreds of arrests have been made in Moscow, chiefly social democrats.
A cook and three other servants have been arrested for attempting to poison General Trepoff, who is in a •riticai condition.
A congress of 142 railway delegates in Finland, decided that an early general strike is feasible. Instructions to prepare for it are being issued to railway men.
