WAIKOUAITI LICENSING CASE.

Mr Justice Cooper reserved his decision in the Waikouaiti Licensing ease, where a writ of mandanus is applied for to compel the Licensing Committee to grant a license to the Waianakarua Hotel, which they had previously refused. The main point is whether the committee could act on their knowledge, when 'there was no other cvilence, while there was evidence loiprj them to the contrary effect.
