Dorothy Wilhelraina Sandbrook and Burke, adultery; Sarah lurkland v. ' Alfred Kirkland, failure to comply order for restitution of conjugal rights; George Alexander Brewer v. Jane r! Brewer and William Mereweather, «lullerj ; Sarah Scott Greeks George E Greeks, adultery; Alfred M. Lutterel, v. Elsie Grace Luttcrell idultcry; Ernest A. Little v. Rose Elizabeth Little and Flaw, adultery; Alfred P. Austis v. Mary. Alice Austin' .ind E. McNab, adultery. A decree nisi was granted in each of ihe fofiswiug divorce eases to-day : Harriet Cock v. Gcorgo Cock, drunken. ticss, cruelty, and failure to maintain • Alice Harrison v. Job Harrison, failure to comply with order for restitution of conjugul rights; Kathleen Grinton v. David Grinton, adultery; Robert W* llunro v. Lydia M. Munro, desertion - M. A. Whitburn v. James H. Whit-* burn, adultery; Mary A. Day v 'Fred" erick W. Day, adultery. In tho action Sophia Harriet Howat v. Charies Howat, an application for restitution of conjugal rights, an order was made as requested.
