WEDDEL'S REPORT. Received 19, 4,38 p.m. London, August 18. Woddol's annual review of tho produce trade says it is disappointing to find little real advance in the quality of Victorian and other Australian butters. Government grading may cause an improvement, but hitherto it has not been well done. There can be no satisfactory result until the grading is made compulsory. The outlook for the season is very favorablo and last year's prices are likely to be exceeded,
