SENTENCES COMMUTED. Reoeived 17th, 4,38 p.m. | St. Petebsdukg, August 18. ! The death sentence on Sevastopol mutineers has been commuted to 20 years' penal servitude. BOMB OUTRAGE IN WARSAW. THE GOVERNOR INJURED. Received 20, 1 a.m. St. Petehsbubo, August 19. Three bombs were thrown from a balcony in JNatolinska street, Warsaw, at the Governor-General's carriage, Two exploded behind the carriage smashing windows in the neighboring houses. It was reported that the Governor received concussion of the brain. Just before the Governor parsed three young men, armed with revolvers, ordered the tenants to leave the flat from which the bombs were ' thrown.
