Per Press Association. WOODVILLE, August 17. The annual meeting of. shareholders and suppliers qf 'the New Zealand Dairy Union was held at Woodvillc to-day. Over one hundred attended. Considerable discussion took place as to the action of the directors in payng j'd per pound bonus to suppliers, and paying no dividend on shares. The chairman explained that t;h.e. first essential of the uniofl was an increased milk supply. Jf the milk supplv frl! off shares would be practically valueless. The directors considered it bc'ter that year to pay all the profit to suppliers, with a view to encourage a greater supply. The rereport and balance-sheet were adopted, and Messrs Parsons and Nash were elected directors.
