PROBABLE saORTAGE OF &PIRITS. HEW CUSTOMS' REGULATIONS. Received 16,11.72 p.m. Stbsjt, Auunst 16. Consunen of whisky are threatened with a droughty time. Under the new Duties' regulations, spirits will not be be allowed into consumption without a certificate tha. it has been two years iu bond. There were no clearances made at the Customs to-day. Even if there been any spirits required, no certificates are available.
