HARVESTER TRUST MATTERS Received 18,11.3G p.m. Melbouune, August 10. The Attorney-General, tho Hon. Isaac A. Isaacs stated he had sanctioned an appeal to tho Full Court against the issue ol a Commission to tako evidence in Canada regarding tho International Harvester Company. He considered it would be a waste of money until the Courts decided whether tho Minister of Customs had power to fix tho value of goods for duty purposes.
