ENERGETIC PREVENTIVE MEASURES. Received 16, 9.38 p.m. Athbns, August 16. Greece complains that Bulgaria ignored timely warning of tho recent outbreaks. Advices from Sofia state t.Hat the outbroak at Anchialos was due to Greek's forcibly trying to disperse a meeting of Bulgarian peasants. Rigorous measures have been taken to prevent fresh trouble.
