Athens, August 15, Information has been received at Athens that Bulgarian rioters from Burgos were the authors of tho outbreak at Anchialos, whero they pillaged the Greek shops. Troops provcnted a mob at Bustchuk from burning the Greek Consu. late. I Official advices from Soflia state that [ upwards of half of Anchialos, including all the pablio buildings, archives, Bulgarian and Greek schools, and a mosque were burned.
