MOVEMENTS OF MINISTERS.
Per Press Association. DcifEDis, August 12. The Hon. J. A. Millar arrived from the North Jthis evenine, and also the Hon. B. SlcNab, the latter going on to Gore by the second express. Both Ministers were interviewed and congratulated on the way down, and also on reaching Dunedin, but were very reticent on political matters, and it U believed they "ill maintain the same reticence at the banquets to-morrow evening, and little will be known of the Government policy until it is disclosed in the Governor's speech.
