PER I'SESS ASSOCIATION. CiiaisTcnuncu, August 1. Mr Bishop, S.M., heard farther evidence in the case of Sinclair y. Frccuians (Limited), in which. JJSO His Cd was claimed from the defendant company, which catered for a wedding breakfast in March last, supplying certain trillc, after partaking of which a number of guests suffered, severiy from what was believed to be ptomaine poisoning. The magistrate said the evidence adduced, was not sufficient to warrant lum iu giving judgment for plaint ill! and he gave judgment for defendant accordingly.
