The quarterly meeting of the Wellington Clumber of Commerce to-day passed resolutions (1) In favor of the establishment of an experimental and research station, (2) To set aside twenty four guineas per annum to proTide a prize in the State schools of Wellington for commercial arithmetic, English, composition and handwriting. (3) Declaring that the observance of so many holidays by banks is productive of lon and inconvenience.
