Mil MUSS ASSOCIATION. Donedin, July 30. At the adjourned meeting of the Oaversham Licensing Committee, two applications, deferred pending the com. pletion of improvements, were granted, f n the case of the lticecourse Hotel, the architect appointed by the ground landlord (who was now eut of the colony) reported that it would bo wasted money to attempt to improve the present building, and the owner had given definite instructions to build a (irst-elass hotel within, nine mouths. The li-jonso was granted on condition that a new house is erected by next annual meeting.
