GOLF.
A team of players from the >"gamotu Golf Club jourucyed to Stratford on Thursday, and played a friendly match with the Stratford" Club. The Stratford cor se is at present in rather a rough slate, but has the rnakiDgs of good liuks, and has the advantage ol being close to the town. The \iaitors were entertained by the local club at iuneli, afternoon tea, and dinner, and .-pent a most enjoyable day, in spite ot a showery morning.
