At the annual meeting ot the local Dairy Factory, the chairman, m moving the adoption of the balance-sheet, ■stated th-ttwfc directors iu the early part of Iho year decided to consign. The report and balance-sheet were adopted. The election of I'ireetors resulted as follows.- P. Kei-htlev, N. Tiaudrup A. Ward, T. C. Colson, F. Lchrkc. Mr T, H. I'euu was reappointed auditor.

The directors then held a meeting at the factory, discussing general business. Mr A. Kidd, of Waipuku, has put in an oil engine instead of steam. Mr K'dl is ingenious, and has made many improvements in his machine since installing it. Ho is more than pleased with tho way it worked last season. The public are not satisfied with (ho present management, of our Town Hall. Kvcry show concern that comes along ;;s disgusted with the manner in which it is treated.
