The marine inquiry into tlie CriflelBunijong collision, find the master of the tig, the pilot, the captain of the barque, and the captain of the steamer all at fault in the matter, bat did not call upon any of them to show why their certificates should be suspended, on the grounds that the captain of the steamer made a not unnatural mistake, and the methods of towage adopted on the other side were within the harbor regulations.
