The Bailway Commissioners appointed a board of experts, including leading tramway officials from other States, and Pr»fessor Pollock of Sydney University who alter examining a number ofw. messes and testing the equipment, unanimously report entirely favourable to thr >rake, and declare it to be prompt anl efficient in action and powerful emergency stops.
