The Journal de Paris say i that the Emperors of Germany and Austria haye decided to forcibly intervene in Poland in the event of the Czar finding himself unable to maintain the Centralist regime. The three Emperors will act in concert, and maintain the status quo in Poland. . THE STATEMENT DENIED. Received 20,9.53 p.m. St. PfTiBSBtTBo, July 20. The Russian Foreign Office and German and Austrian Embassies at St. Petersburg declare they are unaware of any intention on the part of Germany or Austria to intervene in Poland. They do not believe the story. MENTIONED IN THE DOUMA. AN INDIGNITY NOT TO BE TOLERATED. Received 20, 9.53 p.m. St. Pbtbbsbcbo, July 20. M. Petrunkevitch referred to the report in the Douma, protesting against the ignomy of| German] troops occupyng Russian territory.
