FRENCH LIBERAL LEGISLATION.
COMPULSORY DAY OF B3ST. Received 11, 9.58 p.m. Paris, July 11. The French Chamber of Deputies by five hundred and seyenty-five to one, passed a law making it compulsory for ill employees to receiye a weekly day of rest. The Senate has already approved he law.
