MUTINOUS CAVALRY. EX-ADMIR Ar, ROZ H 1) ESTVENSKY ACQUITTED. St. PETESsiirnc, July 10. The Seventh Knsarva Cavalry, which mutinied at Tambjlf, barricaded the barracks and killed an ofllcer and trooper belonging to a regiment sent (o suppress them. Court-martial acquitted ex-Admiral Rozhdestvensky, but found four of the officers guilty of premeditation in surrendering the Bicdovy, aud sentenced them to death. Tho men were recommended to the Czar's D'ercy because of extenuating circumstances, with the request that the sentence be commuted to dismissal from the service. ALLEGED GOVERNMENT PLOT.

The Douma's Labor group declare they possess absolute proof that orders were sent from St. Petersburg to the police and Government of Sataroff to fire upon any gatherings addressed by deputies when the Douuia prorogued. the deputies were to be specially singled out and afterwards it would be alleged thoy were accidentlv shot.
