PKR PSESS ASSOCIATION. CAHTEIiTOIf, July 10.' At a public meeting last night n was decided to support a New Zealand National Seddon Memorial to be erected m Wellington, tho capital city, and that the Mayor of Wellington be requested to invite uich electorate in the oolony to send one delegate to a conference in Wellington at an early date to consider the nature of the memorial. It was also resolved tha the Government be urged to set aside the Mt. Cook site for a Memorial Teoiiui.-al Vjlloje, such collet to be free to s-.u louts from all parts of the colony who ujjsess the quilifijations. Mr Honisby, A1.i1.R., was appointed delegate to the piiblic meeting to be held in Wellington on Wednesday night.
