Messrs E. J. Carthew and Co., the well-known laud agents, of New Plymouth, advertise several farms, etc., which they have for sale. The properties arc claimed to be genuine bargains. Sec advertisement. Mr J. C. Morey, of Morey and Son, left on Saturday for Auckland for the purpose of blinging down some big job purchases, which have been secured at a great discount. These will be included in the sale lists, the advertisement of which will appear in a day or so.
