CHINESE|CUSTOMo STATION AT DALNY. Received 5, 9.35 p.m. Tokio, July 5. ' The Japanese Government state they are ready to allow China to astablish a Customs' station at Dalny when the port is opened to foreign commerce. At present the port l* under military control.
