PBB PBBSS ASSOCIATION. Names, July 3. A contractor named Philip Scullin, fflio was found lying on the Waimarama road on June 14th, died m the hospital to-day from tho injuries received, and from exposure. The deceased, who is an old and respected resident of the district, was returning home when his dray got into an awkward position. Being in danger o£ overturning, Scullin unyoked the hirses and attempted to right the dray, but is fell back on him, penning Uiin to the ground, and he was badly frostbitten r, u a discovered.
