THE WIDE-WORLD PANTOSCOPE COMPANY.
> Of tlie series of entrancing piotures • which are grouped uriler the title of New Zealand's Wonderland, the "Evening Post" (Wellington) says. [ " They are the best ever seen in Now , Zealand." This is high praise. In addition to "Waimangu," we are shown "Wairoa" and tlie " Priru'e of Wales' Feathers" both in full operations, and there arc a number of highly interesting.'Maori scenes, including and exciting oanoe race over hardies. The scenes here depicted rank among the wonders of the world, and no New Zealander should omit lo see thera to-morrow night. Other delightful pictures are " A Winter's Trip in Summer Seas," the whole process of fire walking. " Jfofflf boats racing in tho English Channel," giving a vivid idea of the terrific speed at which these boats now travol. " Life in Lonlon" is not a bewildering mass of bricks and mortar and roof tops. It i» a picture of every day life, containing incidentally some very good yiews of arts of London. Each scene, moroovor, i.s connected by a slight but Irmatic story, hinging on the various wise and foolish actions of a gentleman who is, as they say at Home, " somesiting in the city," The picture* ot the fast local trains, and busy Liveroo I street station are excellent, and 'he ballet at the Alhambra shows us on what a scale of magnificence such ' hings aro now staged in London. Winter sports of Switzerland: Skating, hurdle racing, and obstacle racing on skates, sloigliing, ski-racing, tobo •taming. As a trick picture nothing ha< ever been seen to excel "Ihc Turkish Execution." It is as wonderful as it is comical.
