ASSASSINATION AND RIOTS. St. Petebsbubg, June 25. Terrorists at Warsaw killed two' policeman seated in a cafe, and injured a gendarme. Tlie same gang later on killed a police sergeant. It is reported at St. Petersburg tbat a lady, doubtless a revolutionary emissary, won 1 } to the Royal Palace of Peterhof, and tried to shoot General TrepofE, Governor of St. Petersburg, but servants prevented the act. Agrarian riots are occurring in eight widely spread districts of Russia. Peasants at Ufa have killed Prince Manriloff.
