PEE PBESS ASSOCIATION. Cueistchubch, June 23 In connection with tho decision of the entertainment committee of tb.o International Exhibition, to adjourn indefinitely as a protest against tho failure of the Executive Commissioners to roply to lettors, Mr G. S. Muuro, Chief Commissioner, states that he docs not know of any correspondence that has not been attended {o. The chairman of the entertainment committee states that they had written to tlie Commissioners on the 31st May and again on June 7th, noilher of which communications had boen taken tho slightest notice of. The culmination of the matter would bring before he Executiv3 the important question if its own status, as to whethor the ■ evolutions passed by the Exccutiv w.tj to be ignored by the dm ui isiou ers and if so, then the Executive hi no standing whatever. This was a a point which the Executive- Com mittee would no doubt deal with on Thursday.
