Received 21, 9.-10 p.m. London, June 21. Sir F. Dilke's committee on Income Tax examined MrCogMau, whofavared progressive graduation rather than digression from a fixed rate. He emphatically dissented from the view that a differentiation tax between earned and unearned property would cause the withdrawal of capital from tke country.
