King Edward commanded Sir Joseph Ward to a hilf-lioar's .audience at Buckingham Palace. The King referred with admiration to Mr Seddon's striking personality, and his very great loss to the Empire. Sir Joseph Ward sails by the Majestic on the 27th.

A FRENCH TRIBUTE. ONE OF THE CHOSEN FEW. Pauis, June 14. The Pans journal "Le Temps" says: "Mr Seddon is worthy of a place among the chosen few of our epoch's history."
